Corporate Partnership Opportunities
2008/2009 Pricing Guide

PLATINUM Partnership Level:
A PLATINUM Partner will have a link to their organization’s web-page on our home page with their logo noting their partner level with our office. We will advertise two company events for the partner on our website as well. The employer will have the opportunity to use all of our services for FREE, including:

Major sponsor for Get Hired! Conference (4), Present a workshop, logo on all publicity, (email/posters).
Name Recognition on campus, marketed as a partner for career workshops and event schedules. (print/web).
Student email blasts showcasing your organization and positions twice a semester.
College of Business Networking Night Platinum Sponsorship, Fall 2008
Chair Employer Advisory Committee.
Company Visit for students arranged by our office.
Creation of 2 $2,500 scholarships or 1 $5,000 Scholarship for current University of Wisconsin Oshkosh students awarded in your company’s name. ($2,500 would cover tuition for one semester for two students; $5,000 would cover tuition for one student for one year).
Gain exposure through Career Implementation/Professional Skills Classes, campus groups, and organizations on campus with majors of interest.
All career fair registration fees are included with choice booth (2) locations.

PLATINUM Partners will be primary office sponsors. The cost of Partnership is $20,000. This partnership is effective for one year from date of commitment, with guaranteed renewal after one year.

GOLD Partnership Level:
A GOLD Partner will have a link to their organization’s web-page on our home page with their logo noting their partner level with or office. The Partner will have the opportunity to use all of our services for FREE, including:

Host for Get Hired! Conference (4), Present a workshop, logo on all publicity, (email/posters).
All career fair registration fees are included with choice booth (1) locations.

GOLD Partners will be the primary sponsors for the Fall, Spring and two Health Care Career Fairs. The cost of Partnership is $10,000. This partnership is effective for one year from date of commitment.

SILVER Partnership Level:
A SILVER Partner will have a link to their organization’s web-page on our home page with their logo noting their Partner level with our office. The employer will be able to use all of our services for FREE, including

BRONZE Partnership Level:
A BRONZE Partner will have a link to their organization’s web-page on our home page with their logo noting their Partner level with our office. The employer will be able to use all of our services for FREE, including

Host for Get Hired! Conference (4), Present a workshop, logo on all publicity, (email/posters).
All Career fair registrations included with choice booth (1) locations.
Member of Employer Advisory Committee.
Gain exposure through Career Implementation/Professional Skills Classes, campus groups, and organizations on campus with majors of interest.
Participation at another event or activity with Career Services of Bronze partner design.

The cost of Partnership is $2,500. This partnership is effective for one year from date of commitment.

Additional Partnership Opportunities:

Career Fair on the Fox T-shirt Partnership: (Only Six Available)
This enables us to market the event to students by providing t-shirts to promote attendance. With this sponsorship your company will get recognition on the Career Fair web-page and on your booth at the Career Fair. Your company will have your logo on the 800 shirts we produce. We have designated staff members and student leaders on campus to wear these shirts four weeks before the Career Fair to gain exposure. This cost of Partnership is $1,000.00; this includes the cost of one booth at the Career Fair. This partnership is effective for one Career Fair.

Exclusive Career Fair Partnership:
This partnership opportunity will provide your organization an exclusive Career fair on campus. Career Services will market the fair to students via email and print media. The cost of this partnership is $500 plus a commitment to one Fall or Spring Career and Internship Fair.

Dining with Professionals Event Partnership:
Dining with Professionals is one of our most popular programs with student attendance averaging 60. We offer this program twice a semester, and it typically follows a Mock Interviews workshop. This program enables our students to gain valuable skills in networking and appropriate dinner conversation. Light appetizers are provided to employers and students during a networking activity followed by a 3 course dinner (salad, entrée, and dessert). Each table has one to two professionals, and about seven students. With this partnership we look to the event sponsor to bring enough company representatives to have one-two professionals at each table. The sponsorship pays for the room rental and meals for all of the participants. Your company name and logo will also be included on any promotional materials for the event. The cost of this Partnership is $1,750 for one Dining event.

Dining with Professionals Table Partnership:
Since students pay a fee to attend this event we are looking for companies to sponsor tables and in essence, for students to attend this event. We have approximately 60-70 students attend this event each time it is offered. Each table that is sponsored by a company will be indicated on the table. This partnership is not offered if we have an event sponsor.
Partnership cost: $350 per table.

On Campus Recruiting Table Partnership:
Gain campus exposure by setting up a table in our student union (Reeve Memorial Union)! You may set the dates and times that work for you by submitting an On-Campus Recruiting Schedule Request in Titan Jobs. The cost of this partnership is $25/table/day.

E-mail Partnership:
Specially designed emails will be sent to students of your choice marketing your organization and it’s opportunities for just $2 per email address. (Limit to one email per week, schedule set up on first come first serve basis.)

Resume Walk-In Partnership:
Partner with Career Services to sponsor two days of Resume Walk-in! Be the sponsor in name only or join us in reviewing students resumes during designated hours. The cost of this partnership is $200 and includes partnership advertising to all students across campus, print and email marketing included.

get hired! Guide Partnership:
Take the opportunity to sponsor the purchase of the get hired! Guide for a group of students of your choice. The cost per book is $30 and this partnership can be designed to purchase one book or hundreds of books. Your organizations information will be placed on the book in recognition of this partnership.
