Hi! I’m Tera Annoye and I am a Career Advisor for the College of Letters and Science. I was born in Oshkosh and spent some of my childhood years in California. I relocated back to Oshkosh and have been here ever since. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree here at UW Oshkosh with a major in Psychology and then went on to complete my Master of Social Work degree with the collaborative program between UW-Oshkosh and UW-Green Bay. While in school, I was fortunate to be involved in Phi Mu Fraternity, the MSW Oversight Committee and was asked to start up a MSW Student Organization. I also have been a member of the National Association of Social Workers, the National Association of Workforce Development Professionals and a volunteer Big Sister through Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of Oshkosh. Currently I am involved with Circles of Support, Collaboration Workgroup, the John Burke Correctional Facility and am the Faculty Advisor for Phi Mu Fraternity.  I also teach our Career Planning and Implementation course.  Prior to my employment at UW-Oshkosh, I worked with low-income adults on overcoming their employment and training barriers and obtaining self-sufficiency with Advocap, Inc, which is a local non-profit agency.

The majors I currently advise are:
Art/Fine Arts, Chemistry, Criminal Justice, Mathematics, Philosophy, Sociology, Geography, Foreign Languages, Journalism, International Studies, Medical Technology, Political Science, Theatre, Microbiology, Urban & Regional Studies, Biology, Music, History, Physics, Social Work, Geology and Women’s Studies.

However, I am happy to meet with students, faculty and staff of all majors/departments!  Stop in and see me anytime!
