Approval of Accommodation Request: After
reviewing the request and accompanying medical documentation, the University will
pre-approve reasonable accommodations. However, it must be noted that approval of these
services does NOT mean that they must be provided for every course attempted at UW
Oshkosh.
Need More Information: Review of the
information submitted by the applicant is incomplete or outdated and needs to be
supplemented with additional and/or more recent information.
Denial of Accommodation Request: The
University determines that the request is either unreasonable, not relevant to the
documented disability, not requested with adequate time for response/implementation, not
substantiated by documentation that meets informational requirements, would interfere with
curriculum requirements or university operations, is considered "personal" in
nature, or creates an undue administrative or financial burden.
